During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the accommodations at Sophia in Bologna. The room was super clean and well thought out, with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Although there were a few language difficulties during check-in, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as noise from the street and thin walls, we found the overall experience at Sophia to be enjoyable.
